Kayu Gaharu (M) Sdn. Bhd (KGMSB) is a company where the management is comprised of experienced professionals in the business world and is wholly owned by Bumiputera. It has the technical expertise in technology management of agarwood. The company is also experienced in commercial business to ensure our products can be competitive and effective as to achieve great success in the future.

With a paid up capital of RM 10,000,000.00, the company is focused entirely on production and development of agarwood industry.  This is to strive and make KGMSB the leading manufacturer of agarwood in Malaysia. The company is fully funded by the Ministry of Finance (MOF) and acknowledge has one of the pioneer companies to promote agarwood to the international market. In 2006, KGMSB had opened the eyes of the Malaysian government on the potential of agarwood as new national commercial crops to meet the increase in demand both locally and overseas.

We have engaged experts in agarwood cultivation, research and development and plantation management. KGMSB are ever ready to offer our advice and guidance and consultation to the any agarwood entrepreneurs. We also dedicate our expertise to entrepreneur who are interested in the cultivation of agarwood and it’s by products for commercialization. Our company can supply various kinds of agarwood seedlings such as Aquilaria Sub-Integra and Crassna. These types of trees are in demand by the international market.

By using the modern technology, such has inoculation process; KGMSB can produce high quality agarwood resin to fulfill local and international demands. In addition, the extraction of agarwood oil technology by using carbon dioxide or "Supercritical CO ²" can now produce agarwood essential oil at higher rate and better quality to be used for wood-based products.
